President's Message

CFAEP Members and Friends,

I am honored once again to be the incoming President of the Central Florida Association of Environmental Professionals (CFAEP).  Having been involved with the organization since 2011, I have built relationships with many of you but for those I have not met, let me share a little about myself.  I am a Project Director at SCS Engineers with 23 years’ experience performing and managing petroleum and hazardous waste site assessments; Phase I/II environmental site assessments; remedial system installation/operation; permitting and compliance; and field sampling. I have managed large, high-profile contamination assessments and remedial implementations at gas stations; commercial and industrial businesses; agricultural properties; and roadway projects.

I am excited to welcome the new class of Directors, who I am certain will successfully fulfill their predecessors’ shoes.  Please join me in congratulating the following Board Members:

On behalf of the CFAEP Board of Directors, I also want to acknowledge the leadership provided by Todd Hodgson and the previous Board.  Thank you for your commitment to the organization over the past two years.

I would encourage the membership to get involved in some of the CFAEP’s activities including our various networking events, Orlando Magic Games, Trivia nights, luncheon presentations, or the joint golf outing with the Tampa Bay chapter.

I’m looking forward to a great year.  Please let us know if you have any suggestions or are interested in a future Board position.
